Brooke took 37th place in the Group Seven! Thank you for helping the K2 foundation; who has been positively impacting the lives of people around the world through their mission to help individuals with life challenges and disabilities realize their full potential.
Well I consider myself to be a jack of all trades, master of none. I recently moved back to my hometown for 12months to care for my sick mother with terminal liver cancer and got myself a radio gig on Darwin’s HOT100. Now I’m a professional radio announcer and I’m about to land the dream job in Sydney. Considering the situation it was a great way to keep my mind in a good space and allowed me to learn new skill and challenge myself out of my comfort zone.
I’ve recently started a small business called missiandme, it’s a line of high end activewear for mums and their little princesses that match, and Mr&Me is a line of board shorts that match for father and son. At this stage we have a great online presence but an extra 10,000 would truly allow us to take production to the next level. We also support a charity for “children living in poverty”, it funds school supplies, shoes, uniforms and housing. We promote self confidence and body image.
